Sherry PAYNE and Lora little made our stay very worth while made it like a family experience very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of will always stay there when down this way great place to stay
I try to be understanding. Everything can't always be perfect. But we travel exsclusively within the IHG hotel chain to the tune of every other week and we are spire elite members. I reserved two rooms There was an initial mix up with points versus cash payment. I understand life happens. But this hotel has the thinnest blankets. And the A/C will not cut off. Friendly staff always ! The breakfast was disappointing. The cable and wifi keeps going in and out but other than that it's clean And friendly.

unexplained charges, rude manager that didnt acknowledge our problems, phone didnt work in room, no sheets on pull out bed and had to go get them since phone didnt work, not much breakfast at bar and didnt have milk for cereal, burnt eggs, rude manager that had to unlock pool that should have already been open
Lovely place and would have given it a 4.5 stars if the bed had been newer. King and lumpy and old. New beds would make a world of difference.
