I recently stayed here for a week, and it was an excellent experience. The property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating to all my requests — even though my room wasn’t ready when I arrived, they made sure I got the one closest to the door for my pets, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect — centrally located near plenty of shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and family‑friendly. Very easy check in, wonderful accomodations, made me feel more at home in an hotel/apartment setting than I have felt in a long time. Mrs. Queen at the front desk was the most helpful and friendliest person that I have delt. With and made our stay here so great! Anything we needed that she could provide was done immediately! We really love this place. It's pet friendly and everyone is very nice. Check in was very easy. Queen is truly the best. She helped us so much. I will definitely be staying here anytime I'm in this area.

Second time in a roll not receiving a receipt after making a fee over the phone.Its a uncomfortable feeling having to ask two or three times for a receipt when it suppose to be given.FYI: If they reply with a positive response it's all deception
