I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company as well as their competency. In September 2025 I made a 5 day reservation. Unfortunately, the event I was planning to attend was postponed. I called and cancelled my reservation immediately--less than a week after making the reservation. I stayed for 2 nights at Fayetteville, N.C. stayAPT Suites in September. I was charged a 250.00 deposit for pets, which was supposed to be refunded. It "pinged" into my card account, but was never fully deposited. The site staff stated via phone call I had received the deposit back, however, the bank denied this and the money was never made available. I filed a complaint at the bank and they refunded me the money. They just removed the 250.00 from my account this week stating I had made the contract with the motel and I shou... read more

I have tried to get a hold of someone here i stay at Stay Apt and I wished to file a complaint against Lori the manager and no one calls back or answers. I am getting tired of being harnessed by her everyday I told her about the noise above me and nothing was done and it's been going on for 2 weeks and I feel I should either get a refund for those two weeks or a free week or two. We stayed at the Columbus, GA location and our room did not lock. We did get another room; however, we still were disappointed with security. We were told the entrance would be locked after 8:00 and a key would be required to enter, but the entrance was open 24 hours without any key needed to walk in. The office is not open 24 hours, so I would prefer to have the outer doors lock.
