Worth it, and while a charming facility, not the cleanest.
The manager was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Her tone was condescending and disrespectful. As she tried to scold me for my dog being sick with diarrhea and not going across the parking lot she continued to raise her voice. She tried to threaten me with the police thinking I wouldn’t know my policy and rights through the rental agreement in Airbnb. She used it as an intimidation factor and when she saw that it didn’t work, she proceeded to insult me. She called the police in front of me and assumed. my ethn... read more
The facility and room we stayed in was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize Stevie and Jermeka for their outstanding customer service.
What i can say about these apartment hotel, is that I really love them! The two sweethearts Christi and Heidi have excellent management. The rooms are quite huge and with all necessary inventory and equipment that you need. I've been here for one year, regular for a long time stay, for more than a month and sometimes also just for a short stay and never had some problems around. This is a great place to stay. It feels like home and it’s more like an apartment than a hotel! Walking outside is like being on an episode of friends. Everything that you need to live a daily life is included in the apartment/hotel. My wife and I love it here and so are our dogs. Another great key factor is that everyone cleans up after their dog and that makes it safe for the dogs as well safe and healthy
