I will echo everything said here. My mother is 87 and has dementia. These stupid idiots called her and she had no idea what she was agreeing to. My sister discovered what was happening because of being present when the box was delivered. She never opened it, called them immediately and they took their own damn sweet time sending a "return" authorization thru UPS. CAN YOU NOT GIVE ZERO STARS? Let me just add one more to the SCAMS these thieves perpetrate. We just moved my wife's 101 year old mother to assisted living and found one of these monitors in the box and never opened or activated and found subsequently that she had been paying about $40 EVERY MONTH for two years. We called and they said basically too bad for you! We have sent the junk back and had BETTER NOT see another charge on her account. These scammers should be put out of business and held accountable!

My 90 year old mother got the unit because salesman told her the unit was free. She said a $49 monthly charge was never mentioned. So she gets a $49 bank draft which overdrafts her add in another $39 to it. I call them and say I want to cancel this service because it’s never been used. Told all have to is send unit back and it will be the end. Well the next month there is an$75 bank draft which overdrafts her again. So I call again. The $75 is a cancellation fee.
