I am a 58-year-old, disabled man. I underwent shoulder surgery on 7/23/21. Prior to that date, specifically 6/29/21, I emailed and spoke with Kim and Adair. I made it clear the only way I would agree to be treated is by the same therapist, day and time, 2x per week for 6 weeks. They agreed. I have that in writing. I scheduled those 12 visits with Kristof for Mondays and Thursdays at 11am.
