I love stay! They are amazing people and take great care of my baby! I love how accessible, kind and patient everyone is with me and my doggie! The groomer, Hannah, is amazing!!!! My grandpa had a hard time finding a groomer who was amazing and affordable for years for his schnauzer until we found stay! He’s been a happy ever since! And if you pick your dog up and there’s some touch ups that u still would like done to their groom, they give u 2 WHOLE DAYS To come back and get anything done that u want done!! Ella has been visiting Stay for the past 6 years and they loved her through all her quirks (including fence jumping and eventually becoming a cranky old lady at doggie day care). She got sick (no ones fault) and they kept me updated and rushed her to the vet and offered to wait with her until the end or until we arrived. You could not board your pet at a better place. Thank you!
I love how personable they are. Everytime we walk in we are greeted with a smile and a big hello to my pup.
It’s so hard to leave our dog at home when we travel, but we can’t take him everywhere and STAY has made it so much easier to leave, knowing that he’s in the best hands and having fun! They are always accommodating and our dog always comes home happy, well cared for, and tired from all of the playing! Thank you STAY for loving Bowie as much as we do! Our lives wouldn’t be the same without you!
Given they are a dog boarding resort and are now discriminating against certain breeds, I would not recommend. I understand the media hype about pit bulls but why are you discriminating against any one breed instead of doing a behavioral assessment to make sure they are dog friendly and those who are not would just not be allowed to participate in the group play. Saying your insurance prohibits it isn’t a good plan given many other boarding/vets/groomers/etc who take pit bulls are able to obtain insurance. Sounds more like s... read more
The staff at Stay have been very professional and courteous throughout my two-year experience with them. They have always accommodated my animals as best as they can, even going above and out of the way to do so. While I am sure that not everyone’s experience is the same, mine has been exceptional thus far.
The crew at STAY are caring and devoted. The facility is clean and well-kept. It sounds as though, from the letter posted, owners are being transparent in the responsibility to follow the advice of their attorney, and it sounds as though they haven’t taken the decision lightly. I encourage people to keep open minds and continue to supper this great local business.
