Don’t bother! We had them do our windows and screens two years ago. They did a great job and we gave them a vey generous tip. We called them to come back last summer and they never returned any of our calls. We gave them one more chance, and had to wait three weeks to get on their schedule. They didn’t show up on the scheduled day, never called us to tell us they couldn’t make it, and never returned our calls.
I had an appointment to get my gutters cleaned. On the specific time and day that they had selected, they did not showed or called. Did not return my call or text to let us know when they will come. I was contacted the morning after they were supposed to be doing the work and said they would come later that day. They came at the end of the day. Gutters are cleaned, they left debris on my brick patio, which I had to clean and when I asked for a discount because they were 30 hours late, they threatened me to take me to court. ... read more
Stay Glassy did a great job cleaning my windows. They cleaned both the inside AND the outside! Wow! They even cleaned the screens for free. They were quick but thorough. The only issue was that I had imagined they would arrive in zoot suits with cleaning gear shaped like tommy guns, and speak to me like they were in a Howard Hawks movie. This turned out not to be much of an issue. Great job!!!
