I found them on Yelp, so I was already satisfied from their great reviews. I own several Strip Malls. They did a great job doing some silicone coating to fix some leaks. I am now going to have them do a full replacement for me!!

My Strip Mall roof had several issues. One being the property management company I had hired did not have a roofing company come out to survey the roof for maintenance like I requested. I called Stay Dry Roofing. I met javier at the property, and he went onto the roof. When he came back, he had pics. OMG there was vegetation growing on the roof in pounding water. My roof wood had major dry rot. Much of the fascia, shiplap and raftertails had to be replaced. Stay Dry Roofing was able to get all of the wood replaced at a reasonable price. They even painted the fascia we just supplied the paint. I cant believe how new and fresh my house looks.

I was in shock when I saw how much it was going to cost to replace my roof, I didnt know what I was going to do. I was so upset that I actually canceled on Stay Dry Roofing twice. Well the third time was a charm. Javier knew there was something wrong and he asked. He told me not to worry. Then he rold me that he would give me inhouse financing, I almost cried. I am 76 and on a fixed income. Javier took over every worry. I am forever thankful to Stay Dry Roofing.
