Just checked in to the property in Washington DC and despite the reservation being for 3 guests, there are only 2 bathroom towels. I called the customer help line and was told to “buy a towel” as no other towels will be provided. Extremely disappointed and will not stay here ever again.
Excellent location and nice condo.
It's hard to fault the apartment. It is very well equipped and located in a pleasant, safe area, handy for the metro. Washington is expensive compared to London.
