Checking in was fairly easy once we figured it out. There are 2 vehicles in our party. Stay Alfred only provided one parking pass. I parked in a visitor spot. Woke up with a boot on my car. When I called Stay Alfred to ask about parking options or if I could get another pass for the second night the representative advised they only give one but I can park on the street. I asked if you can park overnight on the street as I am not from Atlanta he said he was not sure and Good luck with that. There is no empathy. No solution. N... read more
Great place
I booked a reservation that was $59 with tax included for one night. After checking my bank statement I was charged $188. There was a cleaning fee that was not disclosed when I booked my reservation. If I wanted to pay $188 I would have booked another hotel for that room rate. I called and customer service said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. I would never recommend stay Alfred and will leave this review on every website I can find.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT’S A SCAM!!!! My sister and I stayed one night at this hotel on March 15th and check out was in the 16th. She booked through Expedia and her total was $59, for which she received an email confirmation. Today she noticed that she was charged $188, which is more than double what she expected to pay.
