“Family” is the key word. My husband and I love Dr Stauffer and all of her staff, but they are also WONDERFUL with toddlers! If you want your children to learn to love going to the dentist, this is the place. Worried about dental emergencies? Go here! My son, who’d just turned 4, had a trampoline accident that affected his 2 upper front teeth. Dr Stauffer met us immediately, which was after hours, and did what she could to save both teeth. We have been going to this practice for many years. Everyone makes us feel like a part of the "family". They are professional and caring and as an anxious patient they have always made me feel comfortable and assured. We are very pleased and would recommend Dr. Heidi and staff to anyone and all.
I agree with the majority of comments already made, Dr. Stauffer has the best interests of her patients in mind. Multiple times she has helped us find very affordable in-network providers to handle dental work outside of the scope of her services (which are broad). Every time they have been excellent referrals, affordable and impeccable care to match her own. We are very pleased with Dr. Heidi. We have been seeing her and Family Dental practice for over 20 years. Thanks Dr. Heidi.
