Had the opportunity to use their services not only for legacy and estate planning documents that helped me plan for the unexpected but my mother passed requiring we settle her estate. The preplanning documents not only helped us navigate and anticipate potential needs for my elderly parents but also made a smooth transition at the time of death. This made for a smooth and easy transfer of assets to the intended beneficiaries. They were always responsive and timely which I greatly appreciated.
Very expensive and they go after the money. Even if they know the truth. Who cares it is all about the money. They force some beneficiaries to sign their legal contracts by threatening to try and seize property the beneficiary is legally due if they do not sign and call them Family Settlement Agreements. They take advantage of beneficiaries that do not have the money to hire an attorney. In my opinion they are white collar thieves with suits and ties.
