I purchased a Rolex bus down 36 mm and within a week it broke. I took it back to only have them.Been a piece on the watch to make it snap. After 628 months the other piece broke that snaps the watch together. I took it back and they wanted to charge me to fix it.When it was something clearly already wrong with the watch. Shine is cool , but if you can go to another jewelr please go. I spent $12000 on a watch.That's already broke not good business
I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year. Purchasing rings chains charm’s earrings as well. I recently went to the one in concord mills hoping to shop with my favorite salesman TJ. I was told he was no longer there no problem. The sales rep Tee had a very nasty attitude dismissive and even verbally insulting. Unfortunately I will not be shopping anymore and will have to find a new jewelry store.
