I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year. Purchasing rings chains charm’s earrings as well. I recently went to the one in concord mills hoping to shop with my favorite salesman TJ. I was told he was no longer there no problem. The sales rep Tee had a very nasty attitude dismissive and even verbally insulting. Unfortunately I will not be shopping anymore and will have to find a new jewelry store.
Status Jewels are authentic and have some great deals. Employees are really helpful and know what they're talking about 10/10

People are clowns. Got a ring fixed which they didn’t do it properly. The lady said she been doing this 15 years lol. But couldn’t see what was wrong with the work the jeweler did. Don’t ever give these people your money. Scammers.
