it was one of the worst experiences, the rain was so bad and the security didn’t let us take a shelter, they said you should go wait in boat while we still have 35 min to departure they wanted us to go through the rain, we wanted to wait for the rain to stop but the guy started screaming and telling us you have 5 min before departure, at the end after getting wet we waited 30 min inside the boat, that was a bad and rude and inhuman staff. terrible management. it gives a bad image of new jersey.
