Cruise was on time, staff was friendly, and concessions were good.
Very professional and courteous crew...the boat was very clean and comfortable.
Very disorganized. Workers on the street have you going in different directions, even if you order ahead of time you still have to pick up your tickets. The line for security to get on the ferry is separated for crown vs general admission only to merge messily shortly after the entrance. Idk if it's heightened security measures or not but you have to do a TSA style security check before boarding the ferry and before entering the statue. Ferry is jam packed.
