I had the unfortunate luck of having Staton do the initial installation of my HVAC on my new build, and about a month ago had my AC broke down. An initial 3rd party diagnosed the issue of having no refrigerant, which is not something that happens in 18 month old units. So Staton visits to diagnose the issue, and somehow they generally ignored the lack of refrigerant and blamed the issue on "lightning or a power surge", which bear in mind my AC breaks down in the middle of a sunny day.
