Brandon and Jim had great communication on scheduling, were prompt, and explained everything they were resolving. They fixed the immediate issues and made sure to check for other issues. Great service!
Excellent customer experience, as always, but this time the service was for my elderly mother’s non-functioning heating system. I contacted the Staton Heating team on Sunday, they came out Monday morning after the “ice storm”. The next day, they replaced the entire HVAC unit with a new Trane system in the frigid temps. Awesome technicians and support staff! Highly recommend Staton Heating & Air.
The team from Staton did a fantastic job! They were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, answered all of our questions, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the installation. Great job!
