3rd time using this company and would recommend them without reservation! Mr. Lee arrived on time, listened to my concern about my AC, and worked methodically through my system to find the root cause. Parts were replaced with care and system checked for optimal performance. Another great job by Hai Lee and Staton.
I didn’t really have a diagnosis for my AC unit other than it wasn’t cooling properly and the technician ran a few test and Doug a little deeper before realizing the issue and then determine that the needed replacement part was still under warranty and was able to acquire the part and install it all the same day. Now the AC unit runs much more effectively.
