1) ridiculous amount of false fire alarms at all hours of the day & middle of the night. 2) always some sort of water issues, usually the hot water 3) apparently beefing up security with needing a fob to use the elevator, makes having guests over impossible unless you go downstairs and get them, same for Uber Eats. When I had hip surgery, it was impossible for me to go downstairs and I ended up not being able to get my food. 4) parking - the whole design is just awful. Would give 0 stars. Buyer/renter beware. 13 fire alarms in 2.5 months and they have a ridiculous protocol where the front desk rings up the PA system and screams that the building is cleared for entry... 20 mins after the alarm stopped. 1) Stop announcing the "all clear" - we get it, and it's moronic to make such an announcement so long after the alarms have stopped going off. 2) The front desk staff either need to start pitching in for earplugs for the residents, or learn to use their indoor voices when speaking into a PA s... read more
Every other day water issues, elevator break down. It was a mistake renting this.
Station Park Review - Stay Away If You Have Other Options: I stayed here short-term through Airbnb in 2023, then signed a lease thinking the downtown location would be great. I was wrong. Package and Food Theft: Multiple Amazon packages (worth $700-800) were stolen from the lobby. Management refused to file a police report, saying it was my responsibility to raise complaints though the packages are stolen from the common building locations (mail room).
