This building is in a place that you would never expect. Affordable housing is a option. Very nice apartments. However the women who manages does not do her job. She doesn't answer the phone. It takes weeks to hear back from her. When you do get a response it's " we are very busy managing 8 properties " . So I assume they don't have the time for potential tenants.
