RecommendedLived here for little over a year and could not be happier with the cleanliness, management and overall care for their residents. Great location as well! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful apartment with great amenities!
Other than construction its great Check in is a chore though
This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. It is truly difficult to believe that Hillwood allows such poor management and failed oversight of one of its premier properties. I am a mother and our apartment has a massive discrepancy in temperature. My little boys room is freezing and they don't care at all. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. I've lived here a little over a year and love it. The apartments are really nice and the building is loaded with nice amenities (especially the gym). I've had almost no problems living here and the few trivial things I did bring up were dealt with quickly by the amazing staff. Guest parking is an occasional struggle and there is a lot of construction in the area (I recommend an inside facing apartment), but its to be expected given how rapidly this area is developing. The Star is quickly becoming a destination on a national level. The property is surrounded by financial powerhouses in regards to development. This luxury property is fitting among the elite 1st class brands that surround it. The view overlooking the practice field of the Dallas Cowboys is just a hint at what type of facility this is, fan or not.
Michelle Falcon was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the property and had great customer service. This lady would make a great executive account manager or marketing manager.
