I've put this review off for a good long time due to the fact he used to be the family doctor (I say used to because I will not be returning) but the time has come. Although once good, Dr Wim has gotten slower and more senile over the years. If you enjoy extremely long wait times, this is the place for you. Even if you make an appointment you're sure to wait at least half an hour with no one there, or like myself today, up to 2 hours. Doctor Wim and the nurses and the receptionists are lovely. However the other woman always screaming make this review loose 3 stars. Avoid morning times because of her.
Booked an appointment but had to wait an hour. The surgery wasn't busy, the doctor left the surgery and came back like nothing happened. Seems like booking an appointment doesn't count for much. Will not be returning.
