I had an appointment to look at a 202 Jeep Grand Cherokee I spoke with someone who said the vehicle was in stock. I made and appointment and when I got there the vehicle was not on site and apparently sold that morning. The sales associate did not seem to care that my tine was waisted, very indifferent The sales associate said I should have left a deposit, why would I leave a deposit on a car I have never seen. Although we did not end up purchasing a vehicle from station, i still wanted to reflect on the experience we had with the dealership. We were looking for a grand Cherokee for my spouse, and arranged an appointment to view the car. They had the car ready and available for the time we requested (even having to bring this jeep from a different sister dealership to Mansfield for us to view same day!). Selling you a new vehicle is the easy part. Keeping customers coming back to your service depart is you bread and butter. Each time that I have been there for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler there has been a new service manager...that speaks volumes. Making an appointment should have been easy.
