I was very interested in living at this property and wanted to connect with a leasing agent about upcoming availability but was unable to successfully communicate with anyone. I tried calling, emailing, and texting over a week and a half ago but never received a response. This is a huge red flag that no one even had the decency to respond to my inquiries. Thinking I dodged a bullet here! Glad they showed their true colors before I potentially committed to a lease.
My husband and I were looking for an apartment in Royal Oak. We had checked a few options but were not satisfied. Then we decided to check the available units at Station 3 Lofts. We were surprised by how clean the apartments were, especially the windows, which is rare. Walking through the building, it smelled good and was very clean. Also, the location is very convenient. We are so happy with our choice!
