I have been in the market to get a Home Equity Line and hired Statewide Appraisal Service to do my home appraisal. A State wide rep came to my house on October 7, 2010 to do the home appraisal. When he finished, I paid him $300.00 in cash. To date, I have not heard from Statewide on the results of my appraisal.
