I loved it!! I love being scared, but I wish they came at me a little more to get me to scream, but I still had a blast! The detail in every room was amazing, I had to actually stop and look around at one point in a few rooms Because I was in aww over everything. Amazing!
The theatrics were amazing. I love haunted houses and this one did not disappoint even with an over 2 hour drive from Milwaukee. I will be back next year. I enjoyed even moment of it. Thanks for a great place to come every year!!!!
The set up and everyone's costumes and make up was good. But was not worth the money. Wasn't scary one bit. I laughed basically through the whole thing. The beginning was cool, the guy dressed as a zombie was the best along with the guy and the teddy bear lol. Nice work. But didn't do it's job by scaring anyone in my group!

My experience was great. We came with 10 people. 6 of us got on the bus shuttle and it was good. People were cracking jokes and talking about the Cubs. But the other 4 people we came on said their bus ride was not so fun. People were obnoxious. So I think it all depends who you go with...yes while you get off the bus you have to buy the tickets or not, you have to wait in line again. By far the Best one yet. Very well thought out and planned. Other houses don't have the creation and Imagination that this house has yet and we have been to all the "Top Houses" in the area (don't wanna mention other names ). Don't waste ur time in Villa Park, Aurora, Joliet or Indiana. Go to Hells Gate. Well worth the ride and the wait is not bad.
This was not a good haunted house. The walk up to Hells Gate was scarier than the actual thing. It needed more actors, and trying to find the key was such crap. Please do not go to this attraction.
