Great scenes and great make up! Just not scary. Too many people going through at one time. Missing a lot of the elements that make haunted houses scary!
After all the hype of this haunted house we are very disappointed the scariest part was the bus ride and that's only because they were going 70 miles an hour I probably should not other than that the lines are long but not too bad but inside the house it was so disappointing no one scared you, you were a huge group of people pushes through the house. I would say it wasn't worth the time or the money for all the other haunted houses the small towns have the best this was just a big let down and disappointment.
Went Saturday night and I loved it! It might be the best haunted house I have been to. Great job!!!
Great haunted experience, I realize how many people they have to deal with and theyre very organized. However it would be a better experience if they cut the groups down by about 20 people. Waiting in line took longer than the actual haunted house. Even with a speedpass

Ok, so last night was the second time I was here in 2 weeks and BOTH times were AMAZING!!! If you gave this place a low star rating or not so pleasant review maybe the problem is not this haunt or was addressed by the company regarding unforseen opening weekend issues. The attention to detail, story behind it and work put into Hell's Gate is above and beyond any other I've ever been to.
