Had a great night visiting HellsGate Haunted House! The layout and design are very well put together. The walk through the haunted woods leading to the mansion is like a real life scary movie. Definitely put you in the Halloween spirit!
I am a frequent visitor of Haunted Attractions all over the Chicago Land area. This is 5 STARS � Top notch, you park off of State and 13th, even the number 13 gives you the creeps as you look for parking. Then a creepy bus ride from the parking lot to the haunted house is dark and mysterious. Lots of bumps in the road plus it’s super dark. This place we like it a lot !!! We thought it was better than statesville because the actors didn't rush us and gave us time and actually scared us !! Really good place I would say !
The production design was super impressive all the way through. The atmosphere was fantastic and all of the performers were great. A lot of the technical tricks and stunt work surprised and impressed me all the way through the haunt. I can't recommend it highly enough.
I have been to a lot of haunted houses over the years and I have always loved Zombie Army and their great work. BUT you guys have really out done yourselves on this one. I walk through haunted houses and goof around and enjoy all the brilliant work and effort put into putting on a show but very rarely have I actually jumped. NOT only did I jump I did so several times and quite enjoyed the rare chance for me to feel fully engaged and immersed by a haunted house interaction. The outside trail is great and very scary. The design of the house is awesome and inside is very well thought out and detailed. Loved it!
