Bryan Penn is a dishonest and unprofessional builder/GC. Finishing out a punch list with him has taken over a year and a half, he never provided the home warranty as required, and has now ghosted me for holding him accountable for letting a contractor go into my home unannounced and without permission. Here’s to hoping you don’t upset him and his ego while building your home and are stuck losing money and holding the bag.
