During the current times in our nation Statesboro Herald Marketplace should be using their platform for positivity in order to unify Bulloch County instead they chose to post an insensitive and disrespectful ad. The fact that the ad was approved shows blatant disrespect. This is extremely shameful. Statesboro deserves better.
Posted recruitment ad for sons of confederacy targeting 12 year old children to join their ranks. Wow. Disgusting. Pam Pollard needs to be fired immediately.
I would NEVER spend a dime towards a publication who would willingly publish an add supporting confederacy....seriously? They may have well had just worn white sheets over their heads. Shame on you!!!!!
