Unfortunately this office has lost it's way! I have ceased to attend dental care here, if you can not be courteous and use proper manners at a public place of business that has such an impact on your life ,such as your appearance and your health! Something as important as dental care should not be so unsure and petty! It should be held to higher standards! Why have front counter employees that will not answer the phone! I had a double crown done. I told them I had dental anxiety. My jaw locked open . They laughed and walked out of the room.the doctor walked back in asked if it had happened before I nodded he asked if I could put it back in I nodded no he reached over and pushed it in place.they are sadists. I will never go back there. Truly terrifying.
