RecommendedLove all the people. Always very polite and helpful. I have never had to wait . Even in the latest crisis they have been great. Can't say the same of their customers. Rude and obnoxious people.
After being a customer in the inland empire for over 40 years, it's time to find a new supermarket. Twice in two months, I have purchased beef at the Loma Linda store, only to get it home, open it to throw on the grill, just to be hit with the smell of rotten meat. Steaks aren't cheap, and I will not waste another dollar here. Stater's used to be the place for fresh cuts, but that is no longer the case. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Don’t trust their dairy products three times I found that they already expired after I purchased. I saw a big rotten piece on one of their raw chicken and when I called the guy who’s responsible for that he just took it to the kitchen without even apologizing. or even care. Most of the employees are very rude and disrespectful . The managers never solve any problems and talk in a rude way. So I will never buy from stater brothers of Loma Linda a gain and I don’t recommend them at all.
Slowest fucking Stater's deli in the chain. Pete Van Helden will hear about the deliberate slowness and insolent stares if you become exasperated. Not only that but they forgot to make the wedges. House full of sad guests waiting for food after a funeral. Next time I'll drive to Redlands and be treated right.
