Contacted this business to get quote for installation of a short (24") gas line for the installation of new gas log fireplace. Two people showed up very shortly after my call. Both of them looked far from professional. Was told they would get back with me, following day. Never happened. Seems to me, this a very unreliable operation.

I sought out Staten because I was tired of feeling overcharged by some of the larger, more dominant plumbing companies. After they completed the work and told me the final cost, I was completely astonished. It was significantly more than I was accustomed to paying the larger companies. I felt profoundly overcharged. Their service was fine; the cost of service is my grief. I recommend you go with someone else.
