The worst experience ever. It took a full day to make a purchase. It took over a month to get my plates. Numerous phone calls, text messages, people who do not know how to do their jobs. Why would it take 6 weeks to get my plates? My Temporary expired and still no plates. The frustratioj dealing with these people is maddening. Do not waste your tie, because you will be spending A LOT of time explaining their job to them.
Went in to have a recall issue (battery sensor) fixed on my 2014 Honda Accord. Richard was extremely helpful with the service and with all my questions. Phenomenal customer service.
Returned my leased 2014 Accord last week and picked up a new 2017 Civic . Yuri was excellent throughout the whole process and made it a wonderful experience. His knowledge of the cars is excellent as well as his customer service. He even went as far as transferring a few things I had left in my old car and placing them into my new vehicle . I I'll be sure to return to Honda and recommend him to everyone
We had an amazing experience at the SI Honda dealer. I was always skeptical about car dealerships but they changed my mind. The team out there is great! Ran by a great GM Randy!!! They take the time to listen to you and your needs. They know their stuff and could answer any questions you throw their way. Im happy with my first new Honda and already know the next one will also be a Honda from SI dealership. Big thanks to the team and the GM Randy!!
I had a 10am appointment today for a trade in. The manager with the large Brooklyn tattoo on his forearm was unfriendly, unapproachable and rude!! And in addition, VLAD was also extremely rude and embarrassed me. I was informed that no one was around for trade ins. So due to Honda's arrogance and unprofessionalism, I am now part of the Nissan family. Shame on you Honda!
I have to say it was one of the best places I ever gone to. Great customer service, fast, simple, and very helpful especially Nelly. She was a great help in getting my car. Definitely going back and recommending others to go there too. ✌️😁 Remember to ask for Nelly if you go there, you will be very satisfied 100%.
