How disappointing that, after 5+ years of good business with SI Honda, they wasted our time yesterday. We received an email Presidents Day letter from Manager, Randy M., As well as a USPS letter from him and 2 other offers in the mail, all urging us to come in before 2/28 to get a great deal upgrading our current lease which ends in five months and getting into a 2019 CRV with a lower monthly payment. They don’t honor the offer that they give it to you the offer to do the last payment on your current lease to convince you to get a new one and one month later you receive a bill from the bank and you have to pay, that’s no a way to do business . After 4 leases they do this to me

they took my money for loan as deposit, loan was declined from the banks they never returned money.... i am gonna report them to credit BBB
