Dont go to this place. Waste of your money and time. They are just concerned about money, not the patient. Had to wait in the line. They took VIP skipping the line.
First of all, what really threw me off was that during my appointment, a staff member came into the room and began a casual conversation with my dermatologist, Nilufer Dermirkan, that was unrelated to my visit. This convo lasted about 30 seconds, and neither of them acknowledged or apologized for the interruption. As a patient, that felt VERY disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. Everyone in the office was an absolute angel while I juggled two babies, they took me in quickly and offered an immediate solution to my problem! Thank you very much for being so accommodating and helpful.
