had open heart surgery and counter staff was so helpful as well as coach drivers they are and always my preferred transport

Friendly but it's really down graded, no cafe or anything it's a cold environment, steel benches pop when u sit up frightened me, yuk yuk not a nice waiting area, no foods drinks available
I was on a bus from Adelaide to Port Augusta today departing Adelaide at 16:30. Throughout my trip with this young driver, I saw him helping out passages here and there at the stops. Even at Wakefield, one elderly passenger was not on time, I was only very kindly assisting her with her steps and belongings so that she was safely on board and seated. Even at her arrival stop, the driver was cautious and caring for her to ensure she had all her stuff, making sure she does not fall. It is hard to see people taking time to care ... read more
