Nurses and doctors are rude and do not care about there patients. They just leave you in the room for hours with out even checking on you. The nurse could not even get me a glass of water. I would avoid this hospital.
Dr. Rupp has ruined me due to his negligent shoulder and knee surgeries performed on me. He sold me a knee surgery I did not need. He left me disabled. I was an active and healthy individual until he performed negligent shoulder and knee surgeries on me. Additionally, he mismedicated me, sending me to the ER. To date he, nor Barton Board members and CEO’s have not responded to help me. Not ONE person has extended a guiding hand to correct what has been done to me. My sister was hurt and in need of care. She went to Barton Urgent Care and was turned away at 5:15 because they were “full” and closed at 6:00. There was one person in the waiting room and one person they had just taken back. She was limping badly and was almost in tears when they turned her away. This urgent care used to be open until 8:00, but when Barton bought they cut the hours of operation. We took her to Carson City Urgent Care and she received great service. RecommendedI've had three major surgeries here . The staff is awesome. The ER is right now is pretty slow. Other than that. It's a good hospital
