My sister was hurt and in need of care. She went to Barton Urgent Care and was turned away at 5:15 because they were “full” and closed at 6:00. There was one person in the waiting room and one person they had just taken back. She was limping badly and was almost in tears when they turned her away. RecommendedNot where we expected to end up during our Lake Tahoe vacation (especially since we’re Kaiser members), but we’re so grateful for the friendly and knowledgeable staff! Me and my husband flew into Reno / Lake Tahoe to start our vacation - and I think the altitude got me and caused a severe asthma attack.. I went into Barton Urgent Care because I was panicking because I couldn’t breathe.. the staff and doctor was absolutely wonderful and treated me very professionally and I felt better when we left.. thank you all for listening and carrying about my issue... I would highly recommend ❤️
Everyone was great from front office, nurse, rad tech & doctor. We own our own Urgent care on east coast & received quality of care that we strive to provide to our patients. Even tho an arm splint wasn’t the souvenir I was hoping to leave with, I am thankful to Barton & their staff.
All of the staff we encountered were very sweet and helpful. Being on vacation and having an urgent medical need is very stressful. They made it as easy as possible. The facility is clean and accommodating.
Both the front and clinical staff were exceptionally nice and helpful with helping me get my appointment set up to establish care (thank you Carol and Tabitha). I got there very early after traveling in from out of town, and they were happy to see if Dr. Chung could see me sooner. Dr. Chung was clearly very thorough with reviewing my records and letting me know my options with my condition. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Received great care by the MD and was out the door within an hour of arriving! Already feeling so much better! Thank you!
I have never been to any Barton facility that I wasn't treated top notch. I actually travel the extra mile so I can be seen by their doctors...
