I have been a customer of Stateline for about eight years. I have purchased Stelvio’s and Giulia’s from them. Roger had always been a great service advisor. This last time I came in back in early July Roger was not available so I got the new advisor. I was offered an air filter replacement for about $250 which I thought was absurd when I looked online I can buy that part for $35 and install it myself in five minutes. Roger Samuel kept it real with me when I brought my Alpha Romeo in for repairs. He kept it honest. He was courteous & kind. Took the time to tell me everything that was going on with my Stelvio, which was not much at the time. Roger gave me a detailed copy of the quotes for what needs fixing. I recommend him to anyone.
