Living at a Statehouse property was a nightmare. My apartment flooded twice in just a few weeks—both times caused by upstairs tenants falling asleep with their showers on. Instead of taking responsibility, management tried to force my renters insurance to cover the cost of our hotel stay, even though the lease clearly stated they were responsible and that the cost should be passed to the at-fault tenants. I have loved my three years staying at Statehouse Arena. Today was the first time I had ever "lost" a package that was delivered to the Amazon Hub system (that is normally super convenient) and Tomas downstairs was able to help me locate my package in less than 5 minutes. Going to remember my time living here fondly. Go Noles!
Terrible customer service. My Apartment was infested with roaches for 3 months and nothing was done about it. The front office was no help and ignored all of our maintenance request. Terrible place to stay. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do not stay at this apartment complex.
Yes, signing up is easy, but once you are in, they are terrible at fixing issues, communicating, and will leave you high and dry. Lots of better options just glad we are in our Senior year!!
