This is the worst customer experience I ever had with a car rental company! I have rented cars with other companies in the US before but never have I expected such unprofessionalism from State Van “customer service” personnel. I had great customer service even with an issue that happened on our return they were quick to reconcile it. They are easy to work with and we will look into renting from them again.
I wanted to repost a review as I was quick to post my negative opinion, but Bob at the Las Vegas office followed up and was able to fill my original reservation for the quoted price. The experience started rocky but because of Bob quickly improved an ended up being excellent. The van was brought to me at the hotel, it was clean and ready for my trip. Very peroffetional team and comfortable 15 passenger Van.
Fantastic customer service, great vans, very convenient.
This company was the worst in customer relations and services. Our rental vehicle was filthy and poorly maintained. After complaining about the service to the rental office. We've still not gotten a response. Never intend to rent from State van rental again.
