was told to be there at 6:45 for walk in service.sat there for an hour and a half with a lot of people going in before us. granted they may have appointments but why offer the walk lns appointments at all when you watch ten people go ln befre you. bad practice. my wife was in pain and they simply did not care. my score is the lowest i could possibly give. do not get up early to get in line because the line is non existant
