I recently toured State Thomas Ravello and I’m already loving it. The property itself is beautiful and well kept, and the location can’t be beat there are so many great restaurants and spots nearby. The atmosphere feels welcoming, and everything about it makes me excited to call this place home. I’m really looking forward to signing my lease soon .
I’ve really enjoyed my time living here! The office staff has been so friendly and welcoming, and Adam always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Maintenance here is also excellent Aaron, who usually comes by to handle any repairs, is always professional, quick, and kind. My dogs absolutely love him, which says a lot! It makes such a difference living somewhere where both the staff and maintenance truly care about residents and create a positive community.
DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want to be woken up by excruciatingly loud fire alarms once a week, and management will do absolutely nothing apart from sending an apology email to address the matter.
I recently moved into State Thomas Ravello a few months ago and could not be happier with my experience so far. The location is excellent and offers a wonderful neighborhood atmosphere. The office management team has been extremely welcoming and attentive, and maintenance has been reliable and efficient whenever needed. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to make State Thomas Ravello my home.
