Coco is the best! She helps us all the time and so quick to respond to maintenance requests
Do not move here if you enjoy a good nights sleep. The fire alarms go off in the dead of night and sometimes for hourS at a time. Definitely don’t move here if you have pets or children because it will ruin their sleep too, and obviously freak them out. We lived there for two years and the fire alarms would go off multiple times every single month and they always blamed it on a pipe leak. Update - July 19th @4:45pm. Stuck in the building 3 elevator. Tried using the call box in the elevator but connection was horrible. Thankfully I have my phone with me so the fire department called me. There's no AC in here. It's 94 degrees outside. The office is open at this time, one of the other residents who was at the floor level when this happened went & told the front desk however no one has showed up. It's very hot in here. I had a seamless move-in experience at State Thomas Ravello. Adam and his staff are super friendly and very accommodating. They made the whole process easy and welcoming. Since moving in, they’ve been incredibly responsive to a few small maintenance tickets I’ve submitted, quickly fixing anything I’ve noticed around the place. Would highly recommend living here and working with this great team!
Do not live at Gables State Thomas Ravello as they are unable to maintain a functioning property. As you will see with others’ reviews below, fire alarms continue to be a massive issue. Their fire system has been faulty for at least 8 months (and that’s being generous) with no long term repair being successful. Alarms go off constantly due to various leaks and take at minimum 45 minutes to be turned off as the fire department themselves are unable to disable the system.
