The maintenance team is amazing! Art and Coco are always so prompt and kind. They were able to fix a pretty big issue I had same-day so it would be fixed for the weekend. They’re the best!!!
I rarely write reviews, but prospective residents should know what they’re getting into here. The fire alarms go off constantly, and not just for a few minutes. One time it ran from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM straight. This isn’t a one-off occurrence either—it happens often enough that residents basically expect random alarms at this point. A big reason for this seems to be frequent water pipe leaks, which trigger the fire alarm system and lead to water shutoffs that can last for hours. I want to give a shoutout to the exceptional maintenance team onsite at State Thomas Ravello. I submitted 4 requests late last night and Coco from the team arrived to my unit the very next day before noon ready to help resolve the issues! Both Coco and Art who I have met from the team are so kind and on top of it. It makes a huge difference living somewhere where you know your maintenance requests will be prioritized and resolved with speed. Thank you Coco and Team for your incredible service!!
Mr. Art & Ms. Coco are the most helpful individuals I have ever met!!! They are so responsive with all maintenance requests and go above and beyond to take care of the residents. So grateful for all these two do!!
