Terrible customer service. After spending thousands over the years, the one time we had to return a less than $200. saw, that cost us a job becouse it wouldn't run, they were nit picking and sarcastic to me. We will not recommend them or spend another dime in that shop. Unfortunate.

We are very sorry you feel this way. We feel we have been generous in this situation by allowing you to return a well used saw 2 months after it was purchased. We reviewed the video to see if we were unaware of anyone being sarcastic, and we do not see that happening. As for being nit picky, the bar was bent and the chain very dull from use, and upon return we do expect everything that went with the saw to be returned. Well josh, beings you were told not to come back, after you accused us of short changing you even after we proved the point on video, as well as previous problems with you, you can say what you want, to bad its not coherent. But you are correct in that you will never come back.
