I had to cancel today due to my ride not feeling well (during coronavirus pandemic) and was dropped from the practice. They said that i had cancelled before but i had not. And they couldnt provide the date that i had cancelled. When asked why they are prioritizing appts and dropping people during the coronavirus pandemic they responded with "well we have alot of patients". Yes. Unprepared to see patients. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Will not and did not call to reschedule when they realized they were out of topical numbing solution, needed for severe gum sensitivity. Curious to know why they don't keep proper inventory. Taking my business elsewhere.
