I was having problems at a different longhorn state storage location with no respond for weeks. I just contacted Longhorn State Storage Azle, TX out of the blue. I talked with Luke and after explaining my problem he assured me he would find a way to make it right. It took 2 day and I received a full refund with Luke contacting me both days to let me know where things stood. If you're looking for a storage place I highly recommend Longhorn State Storage Azle, TX. Ask for Luke. Luke, you ROCK!!
From the initial call inquiring about our storage building options, to setting everything up on-line, Luke with Longhorn Storage, was great to work with! Easy entry access and very easy, wide open space for pulling our huge truck and trailer. And, convenient, as it is only 5 minutes from our home. Nice, clean, unit! AND the unit has a light! It was a win-win!
