We've been there twice and everything has worked great. It took a bit to figure out how to get out. We thought the gate would automatically open, but there's another key pad on the inside to use to get out.
Friendly, easy access, fair!
Move in was very easy. Everything was done online, which also was a simple process. The discount promo was definitely a plus with the already affordable prices. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage.
