dissat HM-OWNER WE bought our spanish/style barrel metal-tile 50yr maint free roof installed from the likes of STATE/ROOFING in 1996 after a mere 5yrs the roof looks dirty/pollen and adjacent birch tree shadows part of the roof and a green mold slime seems to compass that area no roof cleaning companies will attempt ANY metal tile roof as too dangerous to power-spray while on it 'very slippery even with cement and or ship-decking shoes commonly worn to clean decks and roofs will NOT' hold fast on a metal slanted roof..the co... read more
Leak fixed at no charge. State Roofing put a new roof on my stepmother's house and she had a good experience with them, so I called State to get an estimate on repairing a leaking 240 Sq ft. porch roof. Hardly worth the effort to come by for such a small job but they sent Rick a few days later. Rick got up on the roof and said that the roof looked great and should last another 15 years. He thought our problem might have to do with downspouts from the 2nd floor that drain onto the porch roof. He attached two 5' sections of dr... read more
Fixed leak for free. Great service. – State Roofing had come recommended, so I called them to get an estimate to repair or replace a leaking 240 sq ft porch roof. They sent out Rick a few days later. Rick got on the roof and said it was in great shape and that the problem could be coming from two downspouts that drain on the porch roof from the 2nd floor. He went to his truck, cut a 10' section of drainpipe in two, and attached them to the downspouts as an experiment. After several HARD rains, no leaks! Rick fixed the proble... read more
