Very bad organization, bad communication and no respect with the customer. I am finally finishing paying off my car after many deceptions and confusion with them and I don’t recommend this place nobody ever. I know many others that feel the same way about this place. Zero respect and honesty! I have another car financed directly with Toyota and I never had a problem with them or felt disrespected.
I was overdue by two payments after paying almost 2 years on my loan for a car I haven’t been able to drive for 3 months due to a rotted frame. They are repossessing my car. And that rotted frame? Yeah, it’s been rotted 5+ years. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THEM. It would have cost $5000+ to fix my car.
If I can give 0 stars I will give them this. They are thieves and unprofessional and this place needs to get shut down and no wonder they had got sued. Everybody be aware and do not get a car from them.
