state road is the biggest desapointment of my life they refused to give me my tittle after i paid 3 years everyweek 95 dollars , this people lie to you and take advantage , totally inresponsable and they do not care about you and how much money you paid in order to finally own the car the merge payments from one contract to another if you got 2 ehicles and then over charge you for anything , not honest at all please do not go there
Great experience, I was looking for a car to get to school and work but I didn’t have much money to put down on the car. I was looking around on what I wanted to get into that was going to last me a few years. So I got into a 2004 Ford Focus. I had no problems with vehicle. I also referred some of my friends who have nothing but a great experience with State Road Auto Sales.
The Worst – I had bought a car about two and a half years ago. The whole passenger side was smashed in a accedent before I bought it. the dealership failed to tell me this. I didn't find out untill i brought it to auto body shop i always go to. When ever my guy told me the issues with the car and how much it was to fix the internal damage I cried. PLEASE reconsider even looking around – I'M a 32 young single mom whit no family in the States.I was just browsing around when I meet the3 worst sales man I ever meet.He is the worst con artist i ever meet.He has no soul don't no how he can sleep at night.I bought a Mazda 626 about 2 weeks ago.He reassured me over and over again that the car was great no problems runs great.I thought i had at least 30 days.the car is a complete lemon and wont even give me my money back.I felt so ripped off that I had wasted my money on a car... read more
Please read this before considering this place!!!!!! – NEVER, EVER come to this place to buy a car!!!! First of all I am not the type to ever write a review. Lairs, thieves,and so much more! – These people are the absolute worst ! First, they tell you that its a buy here/pay here...its not....its a lease, you don't own the car....even at the end of your term there is a pay off. Next, they make the rules up as they go! I bought a used mini van from them, was short on funds, credit had been beat up and they were SO happy to see us. Test drove the van, needed brakes, but ran ok, enough to get us by. STATE ROAD AUTO SALES CROOKS! – State Rd Auto is the worst place u go to. It's like making a pact with the devil. (seriously!) Once u sign those papers, beware to sign ur life away! I bought a car for 10K wasnt even worth that much. Couldve got it for 2-3k. But shame on me cus i loved it. A year later nothing but problems. The air flow sensor went... then so did everything else. SHADY!! – when you go there you pay the down payment thats on the window but then your told plus taz title and plates then they give u an rv1 form to insure it and they go to the registry for you BUT its registered completely to them NOT YOU AT ALL!! and the excise tax comes in their name so you never see it and if not paid in time that they want like 5 days they hold your regular weekly car payments as if your behind then threaten to come take away the car.
