I have been renting from them since 10/18/24- to present. Ocala property-Neighborhood- ok. Size of place- good. Move in process- alright- till your in. Deb's just doing a job! 1st -I moved in on the 18th of October. Paid First month, last month, application fee,etc. My rent was due on the Nov.1st??!!- That wasnt explained- O my lease was is in the wrong name and electric company had issues turning it on.
