Disgusting service! I feel bad for any client who goes here ! I called for a reversal and the person who answered the phone put me on hold 2x for 10 mins ! Then refused to reverse the medication and hung up on me ! Whoever is in charge of this business needs to be ashamed and shut down !
I’m ward 8 resident and I was totally disrespected and turned away by the woman who works there. She put my daughters health at risk. I told her my daughter was having an attack and I need a mask for machine. I didn’t know or use the professional word for a nebulizer mask and she told me she did not have any. I could clearly see them sitting on the shelf. When I told her she was wrong they were siting on the shelf she got upset and went back into her office and ignored me. They are rude and they just hang up on you
Needs a clean sweep of employees. I don't know how it stays in business....most of the employees are disgustingly rude and unprofessional. Witnessed a pharmacist yelling at another employee...she yelled at another customer too for no reason. Bad attitudes in there.
